## Who We Serve

Eko Kiosk is a single platform serving four ecosystems:

1. **Kiosk Operators** — Become the financial pillar of your community. Eko equips, trains, certifies and supports each operator.
2. **NGO & CSO Partners** — Source, train and deploy entrepreneurs from SHG (Self-Help Group) networks using Eko's infrastructure.
3. **Philanthropic Donors** — Catalytic capital, verifiable impact. SDG-aligned, FCRA compliant, fully transparent.
4. **Compliance & Audit stakeholders** — Branch-level regulatory rigor at kiosk scale, RBI 2024/25 aligned, best-in-class among SBI's Business Correspondents.

## For Kiosk Operators — Your community's mini bank branch

Function as an authorized Customer Service Point (CSP). Eko provides equipment, training, certification and ongoing support; the operator provides their community with essential banking.

- **Equipment & Training** — Micro-ATM, biometric scanner, branded kiosk, plus bilingual training modules from day one.
- **Earn ₹15K–₹1L+/month** — Through Social Security & Govt Schemes (PMSBY accident cover ₹20/yr, PMJJBY life cover ₹436/yr, APY pension scheme) plus banking commissions.
- **IIBF Certification** — A professional credential pathway, not just a transaction device.
- **Community Pillar** — Become the recognised financial counsellor and most trusted person in your village.

### Women-First Recruitment

Rural women make the most trusted, highest-performing kiosk operators in India.

- **40.8%** higher customer engagement vs. male-operated kiosks.
- **64.1%** greater economic value — more savings, insurance & credit activated.

**Old Agent vs. Eko Branch Manager model:**

| Dimension | Old: Agent | Eko: Branch Manager |
|---|---|---|
| Customer Interaction | Passive — execute requested withdrawals | Proactive — assess financial health, initiate advisory |
| Product Knowledge | Cash-in / cash-out basics only | Insurance, RD, credit linkages, govt schemes |
| Community Role | Shop offering ancillary service | Recognised financial counsellor & community pillar |
| Problem Solving | Point to toll-free number | Own the grievance; liaise with base branch |

### Your Journey with Eko
